6 day Horse-Listening and Awakening Journey of Voice and Breath Retreat Portugal

When I met Juuna and how she guided me to meet with the horses I was so deeply touched that I couldn’t stop crying like a baby. Juuna is pure heart and to me, like a horse herself. I’ve been with horses all my life, but how she guided me into the herd was one of the strongest experiences I’ve had with nature. I immediately felt I want to cooperate with her and the voice work. What a powerful combination! To have 6 days to dive deeply into ourselves through music and our voices and meeting the unconditional healing field of the herd, it’s a dream! Both the Horse Listening and the Awakening Journey of Voice and Breath are about connecting to our nature, to come home, to learn to really listen and unite, to shift from mind to heart, from fear to trust, into more love and intimacy with ourselves and life. Every morning we will meet the herd for 3 hours and every afternoon we will dive with our voices and when we are ready, we’ll bring it together. Horses are big healers and so sensitive to music, to frequency. I know it will be a deeply healing space.

Guardians of the New Earth

Juuna with HorseListening follows a connection based way of being with horses and life in general. She is part of the regenerative project Casa Dos Sonhos in the Alentejo/ Portugal.

As trauma informed coach and therapist, educated in many different personal development methods, Juuna together with the self determined and autonomous herd, is creating a safe space to release and reconnect to yourself and the principles of life in a pure and natural surrounding. Guiding, educating and training people and horses for over 30 years, she developed her unique way of supporting and accompanying into self responsibility and empowerment of self healing. Inviting the honest answer to the question "Who are you when you don't have to be anyone?" Experiencing an unconditional healing space guarded and supported by the wisdom, peace and freedom of the animals within the absence of concepts, control, competition, strategies and manipulation. Horses are a portal into the divine truth, angels who guide us back to Love. Listening to them, seeing and understanding them allows us to connect deeply.
