This retreat is an opportunity to dive deeper into the Awakening Journey of Voice & Breath, surrounded by the serene tranquility Tuscany’s nature, being held and fed in the family field of a beautiful, ancient former monastery – Il Convento, in the Apuan Alps of Lunigiana, northern Tuscany.

THE VOICE JOURNEY
Toward a deeper intimacy, love and honesty with yourself, your voice, music and life.
Seven days to dive deep into our musical nature. To let go and experience the root of our existence, our breath, our heartbeat, our pulse and tone, as one with the whole universe. The dance of our infinite nature meeting the human we are, including all our unique quirks and beauty, as a family tribe! To fall in love with each other (guaranteed!), as this work creates a community like no other I know, because we get to be so real and open while witnessing and supporting each other.
Free you and your voice! Your voice is the most intimate and direct bridge between the infinite and finite you, revealing the truth of each moment and exposing everything that might still stand in between you and total freedom. It is a pathway to awakening your true expression and power in unity with the divine.
I, Tabeah, will guide you to ride on the medicine of Mama Music. We dive into a deep journey of letting go, inner silencing, unity, simplicity, prayer and celebration through trances, pulses, songs, free dives and meditations.
Even though we will use the voice and sing, you do not need to be a singer and this journey is not about becoming a better singer. That might just be a bonus.
An openness and humility to learn and “not know" is important.
***This retreat is mostly for those who already have attended my weekend or online journeys and an opportunity to dive deeper. If you are new, we need to have at least one online 1:1 session before.
WHAT WILL WE DO?
We will do three ceremonies to open and close the space and a series of two to five hour sessions.
The work I offer can go in many directions and is guided by the group what it is calling for in the moment. We will go through all that comes up together with love.
I am loyal to my real-time channel with access to all I embody from decades of study and diving deeply into this world of the voice, music and life, with the intention to truly meet and serve your deepest journey to unpeel and meet a more loving, real, and free you.
Every session is mandatory from start to finish. Respectfully honouring the timings is essential.
IL CONVENTO – OUR HOME
This nearly 500-year-old former monastery was brought back to life bit by bit from 1989 by a wonderful family who envisioned a "life project" dedicated to reflection, healing, and spiritual growth. By reviving the ancient thread of monastic community, they transformed the historic ruins into a sanctuary where the spirit of convenire—coming together—flourishes. Nestled in the wild Aulella river valley within the Lunigiana region, the estate is cradled by the jagged Apuan Alps and surrounded by ancient chestnut forests and natural springs. This romantic "Sleeping Beauty" setting blends centuries of history with the raw beauty of unspoiled nature, providing a resonant and peaceful stage for guests to go inward and meet themselves.

FOOD
Meals are vegetarian and largely made from regional or organic produce. With your meal, we serve fresh spring water. Coffee, tea, and fresh fruit are available throughout the day.
We will alternate between 3 meals a day and large brunch and dinner.
ACCOMODATION
Il Convento can accommodate up to 35 people in 16 rooms, including single, double, and triple options to choose from, according to your budget. Rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated in a rustic style. There are several common spaces, such as an outdoor platform, a dining hall, an indoor Shala, and living rooms. ARRIVAL
Il Convento and the village of Casola in Lunigiana can be reached by train, car, or plane via Florence, Pisa, Genoa, or Milan. The closest train station is Minucciano-Pieve-Casola, from which a pick-up service is available for €10.00, or Il Convento is a 30-minute walk.

REGISTRATION

A €300 deposit is paid at registration. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival in Tuscany. Important: By registering, you agree that if you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, you are still responsible for the full teaching fee.
2) ACCOMMODATION & FOOD
Once your Voice Journey registration is confirmed, we ask you to book your room DIRECTLY with the retreat center: seminare@il-convento.net - booking period: 27th of June – 4th of July for Tabeah’s Voice Journey)
You will receive a separate confirmation and payment instructions for your room and board directly from the venue (or as part of your final invoice). Please be aware that the retreat-center charges cancellation fees according to their own tiered policy. These fees are based on a percentage of your chosen room rate and become more restrictive closer to the start date.
